When eating healthy gets boring, do not despair

When exercising makes you sore, do not despair

When tracking your food seems time consuming, do not despair

 

When you are working so much that you have no free time, do not despair

When you are trying to juggle family and friends and fitness, do not despair

When the daily demands make you want to scream and tear out your hair, do not despair

 

When you work so hard and you feel like you have failed, do not despair

When you try and try and you go nowhere, do not despair

When all seems lost and you want to give up, do not despair

 

For all of your efforts are not in vain

Sooner or later, you will get there

Be patient

Be kind

And love yourself

 

And most of all

Do not despair
