This is a CRAZY time of year for everyone. Don’t let your fitness fall to the wayside as you try to navigate a new schedule. Here’s a little something you can do ANYtime, ANYwhere. Repeat as many times throughout the day as you can. And remember that SOMEthing is ALWAYS better than NOTHING.
