I’m going to let you in on a little secret. This is the workout (more or less) that I used during the last 4 weeks of my figure competition prep. I was having trouble getting those stubborn quads and glutes to really shape up. So, here it is! Start gently with this one or you will be hobbling around for days! Let me know what you think…

    • Thanks! This workout is one of my faves. And there’s so much other stuff you can add to it as your legs get stronger. I just did a variation of it today, and I can already feel some pain in my glutes!
