If you’re anything like us, you’re always trying to mix it up in the blender. Let’s be honest, the same protein shake everyday just isn’t that fun. Here’s one that delightfully lean, mean, and super green!
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 Granny Smith apple
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 large celery stalk
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Fresh mint leaves to taste
Cinnamon (optional) to taste
